What is the status of my order? 

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. 

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order online. 

Can I modify my order after placing it? 

Yes, you can modify your order if it hasn't been packed or shipped. To modify your order please email us at hello@soeustudios.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request. 

If you have already received an email with a tracking number, this means that your order has already been packed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.

My Item is faulty, what do I do? 

If you feel like your item is faulty please email us at hello@soeustudios.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please make sure to include an image and description of the fault. Our customer service team will treat this as a top priority.

Do you offer Click & Collect ?

Yes we do and we are based in Bilgola Beach, 2107 NSW.

If you would like to collect your order, please select ‘click and collect’ at checkout. A member of our team will be in touch shortly after you place your order to share the address.
